Have you ever had a photo of a family member just waiting to be put on display? A heritage picture card is a great gift for family. I had a friend that allowed me to make a copy of her Grandmother's photo. As a surprise I made two cards for her using different back ground designs. I also added flower soft around the photos to give it that extra touch.
